Photo Booth SMS/MMS Opt-In

K&P Party Rental uses SMS/MMS only to deliver a photo that an event guest specifically requests from a K&P Party Rental photo booth.

How guests request a photo

1. The guest takes a photo at the K&P Party Rental photo booth.
2. The guest selects Send to Phone.
3. The guest enters their own mobile phone number.
4. The guest reviews the disclosure below and checks an unchecked consent box.
5. The guest selects Send My Photo.

Disclosure shown before consent

By checking this box and selecting “Send My Photo,” you agree to receive one MMS message from K&P Party Rental containing the photo you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No recurring or marketing messages will be sent.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. A guest may decline consent and does not receive a text message. One message is sent for each photo request.
