These Terms and Conditions govern the K&P Party Rental photo booth text messaging program.

Program Description

Event guests may request delivery of a photo taken at a K&P Party Rental photo booth. After the guest selects Send to Phone, enters a mobile number, checks the SMS/MMS consent box, and selects Send My Photo, K&P Party Rental sends one transactional MMS message containing the requested photo. This program does not send recurring or marketing messages.

Consent

By completing the opt-in steps at the photo booth, you consent to receive one MMS containing the photo you requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive the message.

Message Frequency and Charges

One message is sent per photo request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://kppartyrental.com/policies/privacy-policy. Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
